On the very top of the earring is a 3 mm round diamond bezel set and adorned with mill grain. Below the diamond are 3 sapphire marquis cut sapphires that are also bezel set. The settings for the colored stones are also adorned with mill grain. The earrings are about 14 mm wide by 12 mm high.
